About Documni
What is Documni?
Documni is one workspace for reading, creating and editing documents, including scans. We’re developing recognition and recreation tools to turn supported source content into editable documents.
Create or update a document
Sometimes the next step is to create a new document altogether. Documni brings these jobs into a consistent workspace, with familiar actions and clear choices about what becomes editable, what changes and what the output contains.
Check recognised content against the source
When content is recognised or rebuilt, the source remains important. Review the proposed result, compare the details and decide whether to apply the supported change.
Current availability
Documni is in development. This website uses prepared sample content to explain the product. It does not offer document uploads, live processing, sign-in, purchases or app downloads.
The examples let you change sample text, explore scan outcomes and select sample pages. These interactions are illustrations, not results from a recognition engine. Supported product workflows are being tested separately before release.
Website privacy
The examples run in your browser. We have not added advertising or analytics. Text entered in an example is not sent to a document-processing service or saved as a Documni project.
If you join the early list, we save your email address, selected category, consent and the offer terms in our website database. We use these details for launch updates and to honour the early offer. Joining does not verify your email or education status, and does not start a paid subscription. Student and teacher eligibility will be checked before the education discount is activated.
We use a temporary coded version of connection information to limit signup abuse. We keep signup details until launch follow-up is complete or you ask us to remove them. To withdraw consent, correct your details or request deletion, email contact@documni.com.
Delivering this website requires our hosting providers to receive web requests, including connection information such as an IP address. This website information does not describe the data practices of a future Documni account or document service.
