Recognition can misread a name, a number or a line of text. In the rebuilding workflow, compare the recognised wording with its source crop and check the full-page preview. Apply the result when you have reviewed it.
Standalone searchable-PDF output has a different workflow: download the result and check it against the scan. It does not offer an inline correction preview.
Arrange JPG, PNG or WebP images in a PDF. Choose image-only output or add recognised text in the same tool to make the PDF searchable.
